How much will my phone repair cost?

By simply requesting a repair or unlock cost, we can give you the exact cost and estimated lead times for your phone repair. Whilst lead times are estimated, the exact cost to you including any delivery charges are sent by email with all the relevant details on how to precede with your quotation.

What should I send with my phone?

We mainly require your handset and battery including any battery cover or stylus (if appropriate). It’s not necessary to send us items such as memory cards, pouches or charging devices unless they are relevant to the repair of your handset. Any additional items will be requested by an engineer and it will be listed on your detailed quotation. This also includes the original box as it sometimes make postage costs rise for you due to the increased size of your package.

When do I pay?

We only collect payments after your handset has been processed. We usually contact you before we ship your item back to you and accept all types of major credit & debit cards. If you do not have a credit/debit card then we can accept cheques but the shipment process is delayed until funds are available to us by your bank.
