Problem: Matt O'Donoghue who is an on-screen broadcast journalist at ITV Granada based in Manchester contacted Phonehospital after contacting numerous phone repair companies because his Nokia 6700 Classic mobile phone would not switch on anymore. Furthermore, Matt required all his contacts retrieved from his phonebook including photos and videos that were stored in the handset. All the other companies reiterated that they could fix the phone BUT could not retrieve the required data.

Solution: The helpful sales team at Phonehospital replied back to the free quote request and we received the faulty handset the following morning. We then retrieved the requested data and sent it to matt in the following formats; Contacts were sent by email in various formats including text, csv and as a bonus we sent a Nokia Suite restore file for restoring all the data to Matt`s new Nokia phone. All media including images and videos were sent as a secure zip file. The handset was shipped back the following working day by courier and received successfully.
